I know that a poster mentioned today how they enjoy reading about the smaller crews, and the Rockford Family in particular.
Here is a expose' I did on the Joseph Zammuto Family. I hope you enjoy it, and that it provides additional information than what you already know about them. Thanks, looking forward to this. I know nothing about them. I lived in Rockford briefly around 1980. We moved down there because my dad got a job at a Greenlee plant but it closed shortly after. Apparently in the 70's people called it chopper town because practically everybody in town was a machinist or fabricator and you had to mostly build custom bike parts back then. My dad had a new shovelhead dresser at the time. --------- I hope you enjoy it and I don't let you down. Give me feedback on what you thought of the story if you like ok
