Organized Crime - Real Life

We thought we'd post up Allocco as a little diversion from our "Camorra Series" this month. But have no fear, ButtonGuys will be back with another very interesting Camorra faction story in a few days.

Two Hells Angels Are Facing...Stock Fraud Charges?
At least they're diversifying.

That is a strange thing for them to get into. I guess times have really changed.

Chuck Zito recently was interviewed and said if a member leaves the group, they have to return anything with the Hells Angles logo on it, he said that is what he had to do when he left.

He did? I don't remember that about him. I think he sold ch*ld porn though, but that was part of the sleaze at the time.

He never abused children, that was made up for whatever. There was once some child or animal porn (Maybe both) mixed in with a large batch of overseas porn that was brought into a storage place, and they did not try to sell it. That information is from the original testimony and reports, Over the years like everything the stories grow and change as time passes. Now a small group of people for whatever reasons are starting rumors saying RD was a child abuser. Now watch that one grow into him pimping fetuses in Times Square.

Where and over whom does the ICC have jurisdiction?
From CNN Staff
The International Criminal Court building is seen in The Hague, Netherlands in January 2019.

Israel does not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court as it hasn’t signed the Rome Statute, which established the court. But that doesn’t mean its citizens cannot be prosecuted by the court.

The court had already been investigating possible crimes committed by Israel since 2014 in Gaza, the occupied West Bank and occupied East Jerusalem. The investigation began in March 2021, and was referred to the court by the Palestinian Authority, which adopted the ICC’s mandate in 2015 as the State of Palestine. The ICC concluded then that it has jurisdiction on the conflict and, “by majority, that the territorial scope of this jurisdiction extends to Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.”

Netanyahu in May said that issuing arrest warrants for Israeli officials would leave an “indelible stain” on the edifice of international law and justice, adding that the ICC was “founded as a consequence of the Holocaust” and should not attempt to “undermine” Israel’s fundamental right to self-defense.

Palestinian leaders have signed up to the Rome Statute in 2015. As such, the ICC has jurisdiction over actors in Gaza and other Palestinian territories and by extension, over actors in those territories, including Hamas.

Outside of having criminal records why did they put liquor licenses in others' names ?

Well, I think the answer to that is probably threefold.

The most obvious reason was because most of them had criminal records that barred them from the industry, Or had 'unsavory' reputations that could be used to bar them as so-called 'undesirables.'

Secondly, although many liquor serving establishments were now 'licensed,' lots of these places also operated as gambling dens, promoted prostitutes, etc. So the sharper guys wanted to keep their names off the business in case of police raids and arrests.

Thirdly, many of the bars and watering holes they ran remained 'unlicensed' despite liquor now being legal, in this way they hoped to sidestep SLA rules and regulations altogether....allowing 'speakeasy' type places to continue thriving. Which of course increased the profitability considerably because NO city, state or federal taxes were being paid to the government. They were essentially, still bootlegging.
